Video: Billy Gilmour’s Highlight Reel From Chelsea Debut is Very Impressive

Billy Gilmour produced a great highlight reel from his Chelsea debut last night.

The Scottish midfielder played the second 45 minutes of his side’s friendly with Bohemians in Dublin.

And he grabbed the chance to impress new manager Frank Lampard, putting together a performance that had Chelsea fans impressed – as we told you yesterday.

But really how well did Gilmour do? Well, you can see it for yourself with this little highlight reel from his debut:

Chelsea and Scotland have got a serious player on their hands.

Gilmour will hope he can make more of an impact at Chelsea this season as he’s spent his first two campaigns there in the club’s academy.

Now, he’ll have his sights set on making the breakthrough into Lampard’s squad – and the club’s transfer ban over the next two windows may help him do that.

Chelsea play St Patrick’s on Saturday and it will be interesting to see if he’ll get even more game time in that game.
