Ryan Kent is back in Liverpool training on their first day of pre-season.
The English winger spent last season out on loan with Rangers and his six goals and six assists in 37 appearances were enough to earn him the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year.
Since then, there’s been constant talk of Kent returning to Rangers – with Steven Gerrard confirming the club’s interest in making the Liverpool winger their player on a permanent basis.
But so far there’s been no sign of a deal being done.
And that means Kent is now back in training with Liverpool and ready to impress Jurgen Klopp over the next few weeks.
You can see Kent among those back at their Melwood training ground this morning:
You can see Kent among a younger group in Liverpool training, with Harry Wilson – who performed while out on loan at Derby last season – alongside Rhian Brewster and even Nathaniel Clyne – who played for Bournemouth on loan last term.
Rangers fans – do you believe Kent will play for your club again this season?
