The French centre-back arrived for a sizeable £7 million fee from Toulouse during the current transfer window, but the 26-year-old is yet to break into Neil Lennon’s starting XI.
He was handed a start in Saturday’s 5-2 win over Motherwell, and came on as a late substitute in last week’s 1-1 draw away from home against Cluj.
However, the towering defender was left as an unused substitute as the Hoops shipped a remarkable four goals at home to the Romanian champions, eventually losing 4-3 and 5-4 on aggregate.
And, quite rightly, there’s plenty of fans who are wondering why Jullien can’t get into the team against this class of opposition, with Champions League football on the line:
So, is there something more sinister behind Jullien’s continued spell on the sidelines, or is he just taking a little more time than usual to bed into Scottish football?
