Frank Lampard‘s start to life as Chelsea boss continued to stutter in this afternoon’s 1-1 draw at home to Leicester City – and there’s plenty of Blues fans who reckon the club legend should already be sacked.
Lampard is Chelsea’s all-time top-scorer, and a genuine hero to the club’s supporters, but his opening three games as manager have yielded zero wins, with last weekend’s 4-0 to Manchester United joined by the midweek Super Cup loss to Liverpool, and today’s underwhelming draw.
He might be less than a month into his stint as manager, but it seems Lampard is already starting to come under some serious pressure from the Stamford Bridge faithful:
Lampard and his players travel to Norwich City in their next Premier League fixture, before hosting Sheffield United.
If they come away with anything less than six points from those two games, could Lampard seriously be relieved of his duties?
What do you think?
