The Ibrox manager was understandably delighted as he faced the media following his side’s 7-3 aggregate victory over the Danes.

Gerrard spoke about his side’s performance as well as the signing of midfielder Andy King on loan from Leicester.
But he also mentioned a little exchange with former Celtic defender Sviatchenko, who turned out for FC Midtjylland last night.
Gerrard explained what he said to Sviatchenko at the full-time whistle as the teams walked off the pitch.
Per Daily Record, Gerrard said: “He had obviously been speaking quite a lot through the media over where he is from. So it was just a little send-off for him.
“I just wished him all the best for the remainder of the season.”
Somehow we’re not sure that’s entirely accurate from the Rangers boss.
Before the tie, Sviatchenko – who had two years at Celtic – labelled Gerrard ‘the apprentice’ to Brendan Rodgers.
