Moussa Dembele has made it two goals in two games with a fine strike against Angers tonight.
The French striker had a brilliant debut season at Lyon last term, scoring 20 goals in 45 appearances.
And he looks like he fancies continuing that brilliant form this term as he’s followed up an opening day goal against Monaco with another this evening.
Running on to a through ball in the first half, Dembele brilliantly shuffled inside before firing into the bottom corner.
This is vintage Dembele:
Dembele did that a lot while at Celtic.
The French striker has a five-year contract at Lyon, but it won’t be long before he’s seriously linked with a big money move away if he continues to score goals.
And given Lyon’s form to start the season, they might fancy themselves as contenders alongside Paris Saint-Germain for the Ligue 1 title.
Keeping a fit and firing Dembele would certainly help them.
