Tammy Abraham scored a beautiful second goal against Norwich this afternoon.
The English striker was again given another chance from the start by Frank Lampard after a slow start to life back at the club.
He hit the net regularly in the Championship with Aston Villa last season, but failed to get any goals in his first three games of this campaign.
Abraham scored Chelsea’s opening goal of their trip to Norwich in the English Premier League this afternoon and followed it up with this beauty in the second half to give his side the lead:
How good is that?
Lampard’s decision to play Abraham at the start of this season has appeared to cause debate among pundits and some fans, per the Metro.
But two goals this afternoon should definitely help the Chelsea boss and his young striker going forward.
The Blues play Sheffield United, Wolves and Liverpool in their next three games and those should provide further evidence of Abraham’s ability to play at the top level.
