Arsenal Fans Want Eddie Nketiah Recalled After His Latest Goal for Leeds

Eddie Nketiah continued his incredible form for Leeds United this afternoon – and fans of his parent club Arsenal are calling for the striker to be recalled from his loan.

The 20-year-old forward has conjured up a string of dazzling displays for the Elland Road side since joining them on a season-long loan deal at the start of the season, and his goal in today’s 2-0 win over Leeds’ Yorkshire rivals Barnsley was his fourth goal in just his sixth appearance for the club.

The England Under-21 international was expected to remain at Leeds until the end of the campaign, with Marcelo Bielsa looking to clinch promotion to the Premier League, but it seems there’s a lot of Gooners who want him back in a red and white kit pronto.

With Alexandre Lacazette out injured for a month, it seems there’s a bit of an online campaign for Arsenal to cut short Nketiah’s stay at Leeds:

Do you think Nketiah should be recalled, or would it be better for his development to remain at Leeds until May?
