Kieran Tierney’s Brilliant Gesture to Scottish Amateur Team For New Season

Kieran Tierney might now be in London concentrating on recovering to full fitness for new club Arsenal.

But he’s not forgotten about those who were with him during his breakthrough at Celtic and years of success in the Glasgow club’s first team.

Tierney regularly shared his love for Bullfrog AFC – an amateur team who play in the Airdrie & Coatbridge Sunday league.

They actually posted a little tribute to the Scotland international upon completion of his £25million move to Arsenal.

And now they’ve revealed that Tierney has treated them to new strips for the 2019/20 season:

That’s class from Tierney – and great to see him supporting his former local amateur team.

The full-back has been at Arsenal since the beginning of August and actually returned to full training two weeks ago ahead of making his first team debut in the coming weeks.

Unai Emery sold Nacho Monreal to Real Sociedad shortly after Tierney’s arrival so you would expect the former Celtic man to slot in at left back once he’s fully available.
