Video: Angel Di Maria Comes Back to Haunt Real Madrid with Two Silky Goals for PSG

Angel Di Maria came back to haunt former club Real Madrid this evening by scoring two pretty impressive first-half goals for his current club PSG.

Di Maria wrote himself into Real Madrid folklore during his spell at the Bernabeu earlier in his career, after he played a crucial role in helping Los Blancos win their historic tenth European Cup back in 2014.

Di Maria was man of the match in the 2014 Champions League final against Atletico Madrid but was sold that summer to Manchester United, before ending up in Paris.

If the Argentine midfielder still holds a candle for Real he’s hiding it pretty well, after he celebrated wildly after prodding the ball past a helpless Thibaut Courtois tonight:

He might’ve been a massive flop during his very short stint at Old Trafford but at 31, is Di Maria still one of the best play-makers in European football?
