Video: Odsonne Edouard Continues Impressive Form with Brace for France U21s

Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard continued his impressive form for France’s under-21 side tonight by scoring an impressive brace against Azerbaijan.

The Hoops forward is enjoying probably the best spell of form in his entire career at the moment, having blasted in nine goals in 17 appearances for the Scottish champions in all competitions.

And his excellent domestic displays have seen Edouard called into the international fold, albeit for Les Bleus’ under-21 side.

Edouard took just two minutes to open the scoring against Azerbaijan, and then added a second before half-time, taking his tally to 6 in 3 games at international level:

Edouard will undoubtedly be attracting attention from other clubs on the continent, and as we told you yesterday, ex-Rangers and Scotland striker Kris Boyd tipped the 21-year-old to perform well for Manchester United.

Do you think his exploits for club and country will see potential suitors lining-up for Edouard?
