Jermain Defoe has told how he is always available for advice for young Rangers players.
The Ibrox striker appeared on the Ladbrokes Social Club yesterday and spoke about a number of different things, including how he works with the youth players at the club.

But he specifically spoke about what he does to help the young players at the club.
And it shows how influential the former England international is at the Ibrox outfit.
Speaking to Darrell Currie, Daniel Caw, Alex Rae and Stephen Craigan via FaceTime, Defoe said:

Some may think Defoe is in Scotland for an easy time of it to end his career, but it’s clear he still has so much to offer – on and off the pitch.
The striker has scored 13 goals so far this season and is providing some solid backup to star striker Alfredo Morelos.
