Following his goal against Norwich City on Sunday, many might’ve expected the United No10 to be rested for this evening’s Carabao Cup fourth-round tie at Stamford Bridge, but Rashford started and fired his side in-front from the penalty spot after 25 minutes.
Chelsea eventually hauled themselves level in the second-half through Michy Batshuayi but Rashford wasn’t quite finished there, and reminded everyone of his brilliant ability from set-pieces:
He didn’t start the campaign in the brightest of fashion, but Rashford now has eight goals in all competitions this season, and it’s easily forgotten that the England international is still only 21.
