Video: Marcus Rashford Scores Peach of a Goal for England Against Bulgaria

Marcus Rashford ended his dry spell in-front of goal this evening by scoring an absolute peach for England against Bulgaria.

The Manchester United striker has endured a pretty wretched start to the season, and hadn’t found the back of the net in open play in almost two months going into tonight’s Euro 2020 qualifier.

With England needing a win tonight and a win at home to Montenegro next month in order to secure progression to next year’s finals, Rashford chose the perfect time to return to form, as he sent his Bulgarian marker to the shops for a hotdog before slamming the ball into the top-corner:

Rashford signed a bumper new contract at Old Trafford back in August, but it’s safe to say he hasn’t lived up to his end of the bargain this far.
