Rangers youngster Ciaran Dickson might have a name to remember if this goal is anything to go by.
The Under 19s attacker started his side’s UEFA Youth League clash with Young Boys Bern yesterday afternoon.
And despite seeing his team draw 3-3 after twice being ahead in the game, Dickson can be very happy with his performance – and this goal.
Receiving the ball in the hole 25 yards out, Dickson turned well before unleashing a wonderful effort that flew past the goalkeeper.
Maybe he’s another for Rangers fans to keep an eye on this season:
What a hit that is.
Rangers’ youth team were very impressive last season, winning the league and Youth Cup – with a couple of players earning call ups to Steven Gerrard’s first team.
Dickson’s goal made it 3-1 against Young Boys yesterday, but they couldn’t hold on that lead, conceding two goals late on to draw 3-3.
Still, it’s a positive result as the teams square off in the second leg of the competition in Glasgow later this month.
