The Dutch youth international has taken the Celtic first-team by storm ever since arriving from Manchester City on transfer deadline day, with his latest display against Hibs in the Betfred Cup semi-final winning him plaudits online.
At only 18, it’s fair to say Frimpong still has a while to wait before he can be considered the best right-back in Scottish football, but it certainly looks as though that’s what he’s aiming for – and he has his heart set on taking James Tavernier’s title:
