Video: Leeann Dempster Promises Jack Ross January Funds to Improve Hibs

New Hibs manager Jack Ross will have significant transfer funds available during the January transfer window – but fans shouldn’t expect wholesale changes, according to Leeann Dempster.

Ross was appointed the new man in charge at Easter Road last week, and was officially paraded in-front of the media this afternoon, alongside chief executive Dempster.

Given the Hibees’ pretty dreadful start to the campaign, some supporters could be forgiven for pondering how many ins and outs will be required when the transfer window swings open in the New Year.

But whilst there will be money available, it seems Ross will probably end up working largely with the first-team squad already at the Edinburgh club:

What do you think of Ross’s appointment? Will he make a decent Hibs manager? And how much surgery does the current squad need in order to be competitive once again?
