Steven Gerrard Addresses Reports Linking Glen Kamara with Juventus Move

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has addressed reports linking Glen Kamara with a move to Juventus, and admits he wouldn’t be surprised if top teams were interested in the midfielder.

The 24-year-old’s gritty and composed performances has seen him developed into a cult hero at Ibrox ever since moving from Dundee for a paltry £50,000 back in January of this year, and he also played a key role in helping Finland qualify for their first-ever major tournament.

That has led to a report in today’s Mail on Sunday that Serie A giants Juve are keen on landing Kamara in a deal that could be worth as much as £8 million.

After watching his side thrash Hearts 5-0 this afternoon, Gerrard was questioned about the rumours by the waiting media:

What do you think of Gerrard’s comments?

And do you think Glen Kamara is good enough to seriously challenge for a place in Juventus’s squad on a regular basis?
