Mikael Lustig Has a Dig at Rangers Online After Celtic Win Betfred Cup

Mikael Lustig has had a dig at Rangers online after Celtic won the Betfred Cup.

The Hoops ran out 1-0 winners in a tight game at Hampden Park, with Christopher Jullien’s goal the difference between the teams.

Rangers dominated the majority of the game against Celtic, who had Jeremie Frimpong sent off in the second half.

He was sent packing shortly after that Jullien goal for pulling Alfredo Morelos down in the box.

But the Rangers striker’s shot from the spot was saved by Fraser Forster.

And Celtic then produced a great defensive display to sneak the win and the Cup.

Lustig, who left Celtic for Gent in the summer, was watching his old teammates in Belgium and took to social media to aim a dig at Rangers:

Lustig played a part in the nine trophies Celtic won in a row going into today’s final so knows all about the rivalry between these two teams.
