Plenty of Arsenal Fans Praising Mikel Arteta by Potentially ‘Showing Balls’ and Leaving Comfort Zone

Arsenal fans are showering praise on Mikel Arteta tonight for ‘showing some balls’ by even considering leaving Manchester City to take over at the Emirates.

According to Sky Sports, the former Gunners and Rangers midfielder is in talks with the Arsenal hierarchy over potentially replacing Unai Emery as manager, despite having never worked as a senior boss.

Arteta has been assistant manager to Pep Guardiola at City for the last three seasons, but the 37-year-old could be about to trade a potential Champions League winner’s medal for the mediocrity and chaos currently engulfing Arsenal on and off the pitch.

For even entertaining the idea of taking the reins at Arsenal, Arteta seems to be winning plenty of brownie points on social media tonight:

Do you think Arteta is the kind of man and coach that is needed to bring some level of success back to the North London club?

And if not him, who would you have as Arsenal gaffer?
