The Hoops were already through after beating Rennes at Celtic Park on match day five.

So it was a young team named by Lennon for the trip to Translyvania.

With the remaining Europa League games played tonight, now Lennon’s men know who they will play in the last 32 after Christmas:

APOEL, Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, Olympiacos, Wolfsburg, AS Roma, Club Brugge, Getafe, Shakhtar Donetsk, Wolves, AZ Alkmaar, Copenhagen, Ludogorets and Sporting Lisbon.

Of the teams Celtic could face, Olympiacos, Shakhtar, Club Brugge and Bayer Leverkusen are dropping down from the Champions League.

The draw will be made at UEFA headquarters on Monday afternoon and should be very interesting considering Rangers also made it through tonight.
