The Reviews Are In.. Plenty English Football Fans Are Loving Amazon Prime Video

Plenty of English football fans are loving Amazon Prime Video’s coverage of the English Premier League.

The streaming service launched their football coverage last night for the two games that were played in the Premier League.

Burnley v Manchester City and Crystal Palace v Bournemouth were the games covered – offering fans an opportunity to see what Amazon would do with the their new deal.

They muscled in on the TV rights deals Sky Sports and BT Sport have enjoyed over the last 20 years when it was announced in June last year.

But live streaming football matches is new for Amazon so last night’s debut was a big night for Prime Video and the Premier League.

What did the fans think? They took to Twitter to share their reviews:

Amazon will show all six Premier League games this evening, including Liverpool against Everton and Manchester United playing at home to Tottenham.

If Amazon were to buy the rights to show Scottish Premiership games, would you be happy?
