Neil Lennon insists there’s no panic at Celtic after losing to Rangers.

The Hoops manager saw his side defeated 2-1 by their rivals in today’s early Ladbrokes Premiership match at Celtic Park.

And with that, Celtic’s lead at the top of the table was cut to two points – with Rangers still having a game in hand.

Much like the Betfred Cup Final that Celtic ended up winning, Rangers had the better of this afternoon’s game.

But they matched that with more goals – Ryan Kent and Nikola Katic hitting the back of the net, with Odsonne Edouard pulling one back for the hosts.

Despite struggling in the game and ultimately losing though, Lennon insists there’s no sense of panic at Celtic:

Now Celtic and Rangers will head off on the winter break, returning to action against Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup on January 18th.

Is there any panic among the Celtic supporters?
