Jeremie Frimpong Teases Scott Brown Over His Reunion with Kieran Tierney

Scott Brown has been enjoying his day off this week by catching up with old pal Kieran Tierney – much to the amusement of his Celtic team-mate Jeremie Frimpong.

Tierney and Brown were both formidable forces in during Brendan Rodgers’ all-conquering Hoops sides in the previous two or three years, before Tierney departed and followed Rodgers to the English Premier League last summer.

The Scotland left-back has been recovering from a dislocated shoulder but he’s been back in training recently and he and Brown seemed in high spirits as they met-up earlier today – although Frimpong seized upon the opportunity to slag his captain off a little bit:

He might be still only 19, but you can tell that Jeremie Frimpong is already one of the strongest personalities in that Celtic dressing room, eh?
