Neil Lennon Reveals Scott Brown and James Forrest Are Both Fit for Copenhagen

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has confirmed Scott Brown is fit for tomorrow night’s Europa League showdown with Copenhagen, and winger James Forrest looks likely to play too.

Hoops skipper Brown looked to be doubtful for tomorrow night’s last-32 tie after injuring his calf muscle in last week’s first-leg 1-1 draw in Denmark, whilst Forrest also picked up a knock in the same game.

Both players sat out Sunday’s 3-1 win at home to Kilmarnock in the Ladbrokes Premiership but Lennon has confirmed both have been passed fit and will be available for selection ahead of tomorrow night’s clash:

Having played well without both players at the weekend, how important was it for Celtic’s chances of reaching the next phase that both Brown and Forrest returned?

Of course, with an away goal in the bag already, Celtic are favourites to reach the next phase of the competition, but how far can they go overall?
