Twitter Temporarily Changes Its Homepage Header to Ryan Kent Celebrating

Twitter made itself a few more fans in the shape of Rangers supporters earlier today after making its homepage header a picture of Ryan Kent celebrating his winner against Braga last night.

Most of the Ibrox club’s fanbase are still celebrating last night’s assured 1-0 victory over their classy Portuguese opponents, with the overall 4-2 aggregate win seeing Rangers qualify for the last-16 of a major European competition for the first time in nine years.

And when the official Twitter account asked followers for suggestions on a new background there was plenty of Gers fans suggesting Kent, but many probably didn’t expect to see the English playmaker actually plastered all over the homepage of one of the world’s biggest social networking sites:

Ryan Kent’s celebration pose on show to a potential audience of just the 57.2 million followers.

With the draw for the last-16 taking place tomorrow, who do you want to see plucked out of the hat?
