Chelsea’s New 20/21 Third Kit is Essentially a Crystal Palace Home Strip

Chelsea’s rather bold new third kit for the 2020/21 season has been leaked early online, and it’s fair to say the fresh look will certainly divide the Stamford Bridge fanbase.

The Blues are currently playing in Nike strips after the club’s hierarchy signed a 15-year deal with the American sports giants worth a whopping £900 million back in 2016 and, as we’ve told you before, supporters have been pretty happy with their team’s look – until now.

As reported by the usually reliable Footy Headlines, Chelsea FC’s 2020-21 third jersey has a light red, almost pinkish base colour, combining it with a dark and saturated blue.

As we’re sure you’ll agree, it’s a pretty striking look – but doesn’t it remind you of another Premier League side?

Yip, it certainly looks like Chelsea will be playing in some fixtures basically dressed as Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace.
