Roy Keane and Graeme Souness have stuck the boot into Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba – even though the Frenchman hasn’t kicked a ball for the Old Trafford club since December.
United and Liverpool legends in their own playing days, Keane and Souness have been critical of £89 million signing Pogba at various points over the last two or three seasons, and it seems Pogba’s off-field activities are now the focus of their ire.
According to the Metro, Pogba has a ’50-50 chance’ of returning to the United squad for the upcoming clash with bitter rivals Manchester City, but it certainly sounds like two of Sky Sports’ most fearsome pundits have washed their hands of the World Cup winner:
Reading between the lines, it seems Keane and Souness are suggesting Pogba isn’t doing all he could to be playing for his employers, but do you think this is fair criticism?
And do you think there’s any chance Pogba will still be a United player next season?
