Rangers youngster Nathan Young-Coombes has endeared himself to the Ibrox club’s supporters this afternoon by claiming he’d persevere with living in lockdown for an entire year rather than ever playing for Celtic.
The 17-year-old forward made the switch to Glasgow from Chelsea’s youth academy last season and quickly made a name for himself after helping the Gers’ under-17 side to victory at the Al Kass Cup in Qatar.
And it seems he’s definitely taken a shine to life as a Rangers player, albeit as he awaits for his competitive first-team debut under Steven Gerrard.
In a question and answer session on his Instagram account, Young-Coombes was given the choice of having to put up with the restrictions caused by the Coronavirus pandemic for another 12 months or switching Old Firm allegiances – and his response was straight to the point:

What do you think of Young-Coombes’ response?
