FAST FORWARD

Move along?

Not much to see here?

Actually it may be a very poor evening of world level boxing entertainment tonight, Saturday the 24th of October, but we know that whilst we have nothing going on in the UK, around the world, there is plenty of action in smaller halls and for lower division belts.

We shall, however, have an eye on Connecticut. Out there, Sergey Lipinets shall face 2012 Olympian, from Canada, Custio Clayton for the interim IBF title at welterweight. The full belt is round the waist of Errol Spence Jr and I suppose you cannot fault a team for trying to give us something on a weekend where there is so little happening elsewhere so we should shut up and accept this as a goody. Lipinets for me…
