FLASH BACK

Last weekend, Saturday the 24th of October, in Connecticut, Sergey Lipinets faced the 2012 Olympian, from Canada, Custio Clayton for the interim IBF title at welterweight and it ended in a 12 round majority draw. One judge gave it to Clayton whilst the other two made it a draw leaving Lipinets with a bit of a dilemma because Clayton was a replacement for Kudratillo Abdukakhorov. We all know that late replacements play with your mindset and people can be caught out by them, ask Anthony Joshua, but this was Lipinets back in after a long lay off and taking the opportunity to make a statement.
