Olympiakos Striker Joel Campbell Adds To David Moyes’ Misery With Beautiful Curling Effort

Olympiakos weren’t given a hope in hell when they drew Premier League giants Manchester United in the knock-out stages of the Champions League.

But thanks to a wonderful curling goal from on-loan Arsenal striker Joel Campbell, the Greek side could heap yet more pressure on David Moyes tonight.

With Olympiakos holding a surprising 1-0 lead over the Red Devils on 50 minutes, you would have been forgiven for expecting a sense of urgency in United’s play, but it was Costa Rica forward Campbell who took the game by the scruff of the neck as he beat de Gea from range with this outrageous attempt:

Campbell is on a season-long loan at Olympiakos after struggling to make any impact at the Emirates.

But we suspect that if manager Arsene Wenger was watching, Campbell may just be back under consideration next term!
