Paul George Tweets Thanks To Well-Wishers After He Breaks Leg With Team USA

If you haven’t seen Paul George‘s gruesome leg break during Team USA’s inter-squad practice game then get ready to wince.

The Indiana Pacers star suffered the horror injury after attempting to block a lay-up from James Jarden in the fourth quarter:


The 24-year-old was almost certain to land a place in USA’s squad for the FIBA World Cup, but looks set to miss the rest of this year after undergoing surgery last night.

Fortunately, the forward was able to tweet after the incident – thanking his millions of well-wishers:
