Arizona Diamondback Continue Hot Dog Masterpieces; Unveil The Churro Dog

I love the Arizona Diamondbacks. They do things in baseball that I only can dream of. Not like winning games or anything, but with their concession food. First, we had the D-Bat Dog. Now we have the companion dessert hot dog variant, the Churro Dog. This is why I love baseball.

The D-Backs announced the news on their Twitter page this morning.

New to Chase Field this year: the Churro Dog.

— Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) March 4, 2015

The dessert will cost $8.50 and is described by ESPN as:

“… a warm cinnamon churro sitting inside a Long John chocolate-glazed donut, which is then topped with frozen yogurt, caramel and chocolate sauces. Its estimated calorie count is 1,117.”

I love you baseball!

This is the work in progress list of amazing ballpark food I have to try:

The Venom Dog – Arizona Diamondbacks

Sonoran Dog – Arizona Diamondbacks

Bacon-on-a-stick – Texas Rangers

The Boomstick – Texas Rangers

D-Bat Dog – Arizona Diamondbacks

Feel free to let me know what other masterpieces are out there.
