UFC Reveal CM Punk Official Fight Jersey, Spell His Name Wrong

UFC have officially unveiled their Reebok UFC fight kit, including the official fighter jersey for MMA rookie CM Punk – getting his name wrong in the process.

Take a look:

It appears that the former WWE Champion will be competing under his real name Phillip Brooks – note the spelling (Reebok didn’t).

Though it’s interesting that the Straight Edge Superstar won’t be using his infamous pseudonym in UFC, it’s more intriguing that Reebok don’t know how to spell his name.

Poor Punk might have been missing an ‘l’ but he wasn’t the only victim of Reebok’s broken spell-checker, Gilbert Melendez became ‘Giblert Melendez’ and Lyoto Machida and Marcio “Lyoto” Alexandre were mixed up altogether.

Should Punk meet the person responsible for this mishap, it could be clobberin’ time.
