Jamie Carragher LOVED Louis van Gaal’s Press Conference Tantrum

In case you missed it earlier today, Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal stormed out of his weekly press conference after demanding an apology from the media.

The Dutchman was furious with reporters after days of increased speculation over his future at Old Trafford, leading many to rumours of Jose Mourinho taking over from van Gaal.

The United boss took only three questions and refused to take any questions at all from newspaper journalists – ahead of the Boxing Day trip to Stoke City, in a session which last just four minutes and 58 seconds.

He then stormed out of the room, leaving the assembled press pack bemused by what had happened.

The incident will no doubt only draw the limelight onto van Gaal further, with the club currently without a win in six matches and fifth in the Premier League.

But one Premier League legend was a big fan of the performance, as Jamie Carragher admitted he enjoyed watching the Red Devils coach hit back.

The Liverpool icon tweeted to his 772,000 followers not long afterwards…

Who knows, the Sky Sports pundit might not have to wait too long before the next bit of LvG-based entertainment should United fail to win either or both of their next two matches – one of which is against Chelsea.
