Tottenham’s Dele Alli Revealed as FIFA 17’s Top Young Prospect

Dele Alli‘s season to remember has been topped off with a pretty special token of recognition – with FIFA 17 rating him as the player with the most potential in the game’s career mode.

The Tottenham midfielder burst onto the scene out of nowhere around this time last year, and managed to cement his place in the Spurs starting XI, scoring some spectacular goals along the way.

Alli, who is still just 20, was called up to the England squad that travelled to France for Euro 2016 after being named the PFA Young Player of the Year, but we have a funny feeling all this will mean a fair bit more to him.

FIFA 16 was the world’s best-selling football console game and FIFA 17 will probably be no different.

Regular players will know that a big feature of the career mode is nurturing young prospects into first-team regulars, and Alli has the best ratings of players under 23, ahead of players like Kingsley Coman and Renato Sanches:

Dele Alli – 80 -90

Ousmane Dembele – 77 – 90

Renato Sanches – 78 -90

Anthony Martial – 82 – 90

Marco Asensio – 81 – 89

Alen Halilovic – 79 – 89

Youri Tielemans – 77 – 89

Kurt Zouma – 80 -89

Julian Brandt – 79 – 88

Kingsley Coman – 81 – 88

What do you make of the ratings and potential?
