Video: Alexis Sanchez Sits in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Seat After Being Subbed

Alexis Sanchez hilariously sat in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s seat after being substituted in Manchester United‘s FA Cup game against Reading this afternoon.

The Chilean attacker got a chance from the start under the Norwegian manager after having to settle for a place on the bench in his first four games.

The start today came with Championship strugglers Reading visiting Old Trafford in the FA Cup.

And United have been making easy work of their opponents, with goals from Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku giving them a 2-0 lead in the last 10 minutes.

Despite not getting in on the goals, Alexis looked bright playing out on the left, assisting Lukaku’s goal, and deserved his rest after being subbed off with 25 minutes to go.

When he took his place on the bench, he mistakenly sat in Solskjaer’s seat and it made for funny viewing when the United manager returned:

Lucky for Sanchez, Solskjaer saw the funny side of it and gently informed the attacker he was in the wrong place.
