Kieran Tierney Returns to Celtic Training After Almost Two Months Out

Kieran Tierney has been a huge miss for Celtic over the last month and a half.

The Hoops ace hasn’t played since featuring in the Europa League defeat at home to Salzburg.

Tierney was on the bench for the Old Firm clash at Ibrox at the end of 2018 but didn’t come on at all before sitting out all of Celtic’s winter training camp in Dubai.

Brendan Rodgers confirmed the full-back was struggling with a hip injury and would hopefully return to training at the beginning of February.

And that has proved to be the case after the 21-year-old joined up with his team-mates at Lennoxtown prior to Wednesday night’s match against Hibs. It means the Scotland international could return on time for Celtic’s huge double-header against Valencia in the Europa Leagu
