The Scottish youngster made a consistent breakthrough to the Hoops first team last term, appearing 18 times under Brendan Rodgers and then Neil Lennon.
His two-goal showing in Celtic’s 2-1 win over Hearts in the final league game of last season reminded everyone of his talent.

But does that suggest he’s got more to offer Celtic this season than may have initially been thought?
Celtic have lost Oliver Burke and Timo Weah this summer and only Maryan Shved has arrived as an option out wide.
Does Lennon actually need to go get more wingers though, particularly with Johnston on the fringes of getting a regular game?
